Systems Impact combines expertise in organizational and human dynamics, AI, engineering, and real-world business operations to solve problems that sit between traditional silos.

Who we are

A consulting firm that runs on what it advises.

Most of the problems leaders bring us do not belong to one department. They live in the gaps: between strategy and the floor, between the tools and the people who use them, between what the org chart says and how work actually gets done. That is where we work.

We read a business as a living system, across six connected layers: governance, workflows, information flows, human dynamics, technology and AI, and economics and incentives. Field interviews, candid sparring with leadership and our own engine, the Systems Impact Engine™, connect what we hear to what we measure.

From there, we work on two axes. We prepare the organization for AI: strategic sparring, assessment and roadmap, transformation and training. And we build the custom technology that creates a lasting advantage when nothing on the market fits.

We are based in Lisbon and Paris and work in French and English. We are system-native: we run our own firm the way we advise others to run theirs, which keeps us fast, grounded and accessible.

I focus on what sits beneath the surface of organizations: the hidden dynamics, structural friction and human realities that shape how a business actually works.

My role is to make those forces visible, and turn that understanding into clearer decisions and more coherent ways of operating.

We approach organizations as living systems, where decisions, people, operations and tools constantly shape each other.

I design operational AI systems: workflows, agents and guardrails that make AI work reliably in real organizations.

For more than 20 years, I have worked across complex international projects where specialist teams, timing, dependencies and delivery all had to stay aligned.

I focus on understanding what changes when constraints shift, what might break next, and what new possibilities open up.

Product, technology and AI

Senior AI and product consultant, working in AI ecosystems for more than 11 years. I reorganize product and tech teams, and the processes around them, for the AI era.

Before Systems Impact: co-founder of a deeptech AI startup, then years of independent consulting, turning complex needs into automations, systems and AI that scale.

I was building websites at 16, and graduated from emlyon business school and École Centrale de Lyon. In Lisbon I founded EMBRACE:AI, a community of more than 1,000 people working out what AI is really for.
